Welcome. Instead of choosing a big box store for repair and general assistance, please choose us, or a local organization and keep your money tied closer to your community!
To keep our computer donation program running, we offer our computer repair services to everyone on a sliding scale basis. Our diagnostic fee is $15-$30 for us to determine the problem; this amount is not charged if you continue with the repairs. After we diagnose the problem, we give you a call to provide an estimate. We stand behind everything we do, and are extremely trustworthy and honest. You will never get a feeling of being duped or gouged in price. All money received goes strait to our refurbishing and training programs. There are many fair and honest computer repair techs out there, and we would like to be known as one of them.
We offer computer loaners at $20/day (we'll give our best estimation of how long it will take us to get your computer repaired and returned). If you can't live without getting on the internet, checking your email, or creating Word or Excel documents, then you might want to use this service. Your loaner computer will have Microsoft XP Pro/7, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and an anti-virus protection: the base level of a computer that most people need to accomplish daily functions.
We also offer a sliding scale payment program. There are 2 tiers of service that aim to make computer repair affordable for everyone and every business. If you are of low-income, please state so.
